Apex Performance Labs is a Sri Lankan premium fitness and longevity brand. Stead AI built the operator console, the member companion app, the nutrition engine, the AI coach (Lena), the lead CRM and the data platform — all on shared infrastructure, all speaking the same data model. What used to take a team of three a full day now takes a single trainer a few taps.
